Resetting the Password of Your Online Account

Select the login click at the top of any page on the Nook website (desktop or mobile).

Click the 'Forgot password?' link under the login fields.

On the Reset Password page enter the email address associated with your Nook account and click the Get new password button.

Open your emails and check for an automated email (including your Spam folder). 

Click the link to set a new password for your web account.
