Uploading Requirements / Documents

From the Home Loan Applications page in your user account, click on the upload document link. 

Document requirements are based from the qualifications indicated in the loan application eg. Civil Status, Employment Type, Property Type, etc.

Start uploading by clicking 'Choose file' button. Browse and select your files from your computer.

If you've mistakenly attached wrong files, click the 'x' to remove. Then browse and select the correct file. 

Add More Documents

To add more documents, click '+add more documents'. Type the document name or description. Then, browse the file. 

Remove a DocumentTo remove extra document, click the '- remove document' link. 
Notice as you add more documents, the gauge also increases. The gauges guide you in completing all the documentary requirements. 
❗NOTE: Accepted image formats - *jpg, *png, and PDF files only. 
Ensure uploading accurate documents to help speed up the loan verification process. 
➡️ Once done, click Save. 
Check if your documents are approved

Uploading of documents are real-time and instantly reviewed by home loan consultants. Check the documents by going back to the upload document section.


  • Approved documents are those that are accepted.

  • Rejected documents need to be re-uploaded (if any). 


Re-upload as needed.

Then, click Save.
